Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These terms apply when you use saxplayingdog.com and when you join the waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Sax Playing Dog (“SPD”, “we”, “us”). Contact: hello@saxplayingdog.com.

2. What this site is

Sax Playing Dog is a pre-launch site for a limited-run corduroy cap. Right now you can learn about the cap and join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it is not a purchase, an order, or a reservation, and it does not create a contract of sale. The price shown ($54.99) and the availability of any colourway are indicative and may change before launch.

3. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: submit false information or someone else’s email without permission; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; or scrape, copy, or reuse our content except as allowed below.

4. Our content and brand

The Sax Playing Dog name, logo, the dog artwork, photographs, and all text and design on this site are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

5. Availability

We provide the site “as is”. We may change, pause, or take it down at any time, and we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
